At that moment, the church bells began ringing joyfully on their own, announcing the extraordinary event.

A variation of this story recounts a girl who went to the stream to wash clothes and encountered Saint Agatha. The saint asked her to call the priest, but the girl was not believed. Upon her return, she found the clothes already washed and the bells ringing in celebration. The entire community, hearing the bells, went to the stream, where they discovered a statue of the saint and, on a rock, the imprints of her hand.
